Workplace Violence Prevention Compliance

Prepare. Recognize.
Respond. Build a
defensible program.

10+ years in law enforcement: patrol, narcotics, and criminal investigations; SWAT operator; and certified instructor in de-escalation and use of force.

The Gap

A document is not a program.

Compliance demands more than a downloaded template. It requires a system built around your people, sites, and real exposure.

01

Template Vendors

Generic forms without facility-specific assessment, implementation support, or operational context.

  • One-size-fits-all language
  • No field validation
02

Generalist HR

Sound policy knowledge, but often without firsthand experience recognizing and managing violent incidents.

  • Policy-forward approach
  • Limited incident expertise
03

Operational standard

F1RST SIGNAL

Compliance discipline informed by a decade of operational law enforcement and investigative experience.

  • Site-specific assessment
  • End-to-end implementation
  • Credible staff training

Experience Behind The Plan

Built on experience.
Applied to compliance.

  • De-escalation Instructor
  • Use of Force Instructor
  • Defensive Tactics Instructor
  • FAA-Certified Remote Pilot (Part 107)
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish

Founded by Jeremy Colon, a law enforcement professional with 10+ years in patrol, narcotics, and criminal investigations. His instruction credentials include de-escalation, use of force, defensive tactics, instructor development, hate and bias crimes, and cultural diversity. He is also an FAA-Certified Remote Pilot (Part 107). Bilingual in English and Spanish, he translates legal obligations into practical systems employers can use.
