Information We Collect

Information you submit. When you complete the readiness check or contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, and your answers about your organization's state, industry, size, and current prevention posture.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical data when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URLs (including campaign parameters such as UTM tags). We do not run advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use only the cookies and local storage necessary for the site to function, such as remembering your readiness-check progress. We do not use tracking cookies for behavioral advertising.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to your inquiry, prepare an accurate readiness summary, deliver engagements, and maintain the compliance records our work produces. Campaign parameters are used only to understand which outreach brought you to us.

We do not use your information to market unrelated products, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only with the service providers that operate this site and our intake process (hosting, form delivery, and scheduling), each bound to handle it only on our instructions. Submissions you make through the readiness check are delivered to our secure intake system so we can follow up with you.

We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the safety of any person.

Data Security

Submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people working on your inquiry. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you have questions about how a specific record is handled, contact us.

Retention

Inquiry and readiness-check records are retained while your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can honor follow-up requests and maintain engagement records. When records are no longer needed, they are securely disposed of.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us through the contact page or by calling +1 860-960-7040. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Note that deletion requests may be limited where we must retain records for legal or contractual reasons.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Do Not Track

We do not track users across third-party websites. Because we do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals in a unique way.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information about the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The current version is always posted on this page.
