Site-Specific Hazard Assessment
A walkthrough of your facility documenting access points, isolated work areas, cash handling, patient or public contact, and prior incident history.
Tier 01: Foundation
Foundation takes an employer from no documented program to a complete, site-specific prevention plan with trained staff and a compliance file that stands up to review.
What's Included
Everything required to stand up a defensible program from zero. You receive a proprietary PDF report containing risk scoring, a risk matrix, mitigation recommendations, and a full explanation of findings.
A walkthrough of your facility documenting access points, isolated work areas, cash handling, patient or public contact, and prior incident history.
Aerial imaging conducted in-house by an FAA-Certified Remote Pilot (Part 107): approach routes, parking, perimeter lines of sight, and exterior exposure that ground-level review misses.
A plan written for your workplace in language your staff can follow, structured to satisfy the documentation your state requires.
Training in de-escalation and workplace violence prevention and response, built around your operating environment rather than a fixed curriculum. Available in English or Spanish.
Training Delivery
Training is customized in de-escalation and workplace violence prevention and response around your operating environment rather than delivered as a fixed curriculum. It is available in English or Spanish, with attendance records retained for your compliance file.

Aerial Component
The Foundation engagement includes an aerial survey of the property conducted in-house by an FAA-Certified Remote Pilot (Part 107). Rooftops, parking, loading areas, and approach routes are documented in imagery that a ground-level walkthrough cannot replicate.
Assessment Methodology
The process is built for efficiency and minimal disruption to your operations.
A 15- to 20-minute conversation with the facility lead, HR, and safety representative.
The property is divided into exterior, perimeter, public, transitional, employee-only, and high-risk or special-use zones.
The survey begins outside the facility and works inward.
Entrances, exits, controlled access, and other points of entry are evaluated.
The assessment follows how people actually move through the space.
Locations where difficult or unpredictable interactions occur receive focused evaluation.
Brief conversations capture practical concerns from people who work in the environment.
Repetitive conditions are sampled to identify patterns across the facility.
Where It Leads
Foundation satisfies the initial requirement. But the obligation renews: your plan must be reviewed annually and revised after any incident, and new staff must be trained. Employers who stop here are compliant on the day of delivery and drifting out of compliance by the next quarter.
Recommended next step
Everything in Foundation, plus post-incident support, mandatory post-incident plan updates, annual review, and customizable refresher training.
Explore StandingEngagements can also be scoped to a single assessment or training program where an organization already has part of its program in place.
